Mt. Ranier Design x Ill One Eighty Manten Parka in Black is the brand's take on the classic US-made 60/40 cloth mountain parka with updated fit and details, produced in collaboration with long-standing Japanese outdoor label Mt. Ranier Design. The Manten Parka is a hefty Fall-Winter outer layer constructed of a durable cotton-nylon blend that is water-repellant, wind-resistant, and breathable. Additionally, this relaxed-fit jacket is outfitted with a thin Mountain Thermo poly fill that promotes warmth and heat-recirculation without adding too much bulk.
The Manten Parka features two large dual entry gusseted pockets on the front, a single zippered chest pocket, and a zip-off hood with storm collar. The jacket's two-way zip front closure offers convenience and ventilation, while the snap storm flap prevents any unwanted drafts from penetrating when the weather gets severe. The jacket's hi-vis orange interior pairs beautifully with the deep black shell fabric, and is adorned with 'Mountain Thermo' and 'Sixty Forty®' woven patches. The Manten Parka is finished with drawcord adjustment at hood and hem, and a small woven branded label on the front left pocket. A perfect jacket for cooler temps on and off the mountain.
