High pile fleece on the outside, with a velvety fleece lining. A slightly silly (and entirely removable) adjustable chin strap that will mean the difference between life and death when the wind or weather gets really gnarly. You could even reverse it if you like, or roll up the ear flaps if you need a breather. Cut and sewn one at a time in-house at Owner Operator HQ from the very highest quality fabrics on the market.
