COW BOOKS Book Vendor Tee White

Founded in 2002, COW BOOKS is the collaborative retail concept of Japanese book critic Yataro Matsuura and Mountain Research designer Setsumasa Kobayashi. COW BOOKS specializes in rare and out-of-print art and literature titles focusing on 1960's and 70s social movements, progressive politics, protest, the Beat Generation, and first editions of forgotten modern authors among other offerings. In addition to a stellar selection of titles, they are known for their quirky in-house product line of book-related clothing and home goods.

The COW BOOKS Book Vendor Tee in White is standard issue work garb for employees of the Tokyo book shop. The tee features an updated standard fit with a custom "Everything For The Freedom" graphic on the front silkscreened in blue puff print ink that mimics the textural chain stitching common on COW BOOKS garments. The COW BOOKS logo is screen printed on the shirt's interior collar, and identifying collection tags are stitched at the interior seam. The T-shirt is finished with ribbed collar and double-stitched cuffs and hem.
